We only recommend non-proprietary, business class products, and services that we have thoroughly tested, approved, and supported in a live environment. New hardware purchases can either be physically installed by our team or shipped fully configured to reduce onsite hourly related costs and any scheduling which would otherwise be required. We thoroughly document all licensing, serial numbers, and warranties on any products we procure, as well as assistance with returns or exchanges.
